With over two decades in real estate, Shaun has extensive experience as a development manager across all property disciplines.
From site selection to handover, Shaun is a committed advocate for quality and efficiency.
His portfolio experience includes residential, retail and warehousing.
Most notable contributors to his experience include 300 unit multi-home residential developments; super prime luxury apartments in W1 London; 60000 sqft warehouse builds; retail centre renovations and new builds; and conversion of a movie theatre into apartments.
He also seeks investment opportunities that offer a stable return for investors while mitigating risks.
